Emily McDonald

Licensed Professional Counselor
Email: emilym@integrativecounselingpc.com

Emily is a licensed professional counselor specializing in addictions, trauma, and family issues for over the past 13 years. Emily believes in building awareness of unhealthy coping skills which can both intensify, or be the underlying cause of addiction and mental health issues. Within her practice, Emily supports each individual as he/she increases their level of awareness and expands on their personal journey towards healing and recovery. Emily believes through a better understanding of one’s “truest self” a person can begin embracing a more balanced and personally satisfying life.

Emily utilizes various theoretical approaches and techniques based on each individual’s needs. She does so with the understanding that “one size does not fit all” and each person must feel comfortable, safe, and not judged throughout the counseling process.
