Cheryl is a licensed professional counselor with specialized training in trauma and women’s issues. Her practice encompasses working with both men and women as well as adolescents. She has worked with a goal of providing a holistic collaborative and therapeutic relationship in an atmosphere of unconditional positive regard where clients can discover their strengths, develop insight into presenting issues and roadblocks to change. The ultimate goal is for clients to emerge with an increased sense of self-worth, personal empowerment and the ability to engage fully in the life of their choosing.
